How long will delivery take?

But on average we see delivery range from 15 - 20 days with free standard shipping.
And 7 - 10 days with express shipping.
Once again all we can do it ensure dispatch happens within 24 hours, after that it's in the couriers hands, they're usually very good though.

What if I don't like it?

60 days to send it back for a full refund. No restocking fee, no "at our discretion", no questions about why. Exchanges for a different design are free — just tell us which one you want.
Disclaimer: any exchanges or returns must be prior to any damage to packaging.
If there is a defect or issue with the bag, you will receive a complete replacement one for FREE.
Is there a warranty?

60 days, covering the three things that actually fail: zips, straps and print. Not "manufacturing defects" — those three things, by name. If a zip goes, we replace the bag.
Will my laptop fit?

Up to 16" in the padded sleeve. It's 20L overall — 18" x 11.5" x 6" — so a laptop, a 3" binder, notebooks and a 40oz bottle in the side pocket all go in at once.
So yes, it will.
